The work publishes a Whitman mss of 'Waves in the Vessels' Wake' [first written 1874; first published, 1876], with mss corrections, and consequently can afford insight opportunities for those who desire to plumb Whitman's creative genius. Printed in January 1939 at the Eucalyptus Press. Myerson assumes binding priority to those w/o the front board label, though he does note that version 'A' may, in fact, be no more than the 'B' style without the paper label so affixed.
