There is is whole drilled at the top end of the pendant for your choice of jump ring. The cow bone or horn show its natural irregularities and aging. There is an arch to the shape of this piece consistent with bone. Color variation and varying thicknesses as is typical of hand carved bone. Great for the owl enthusiast!
