The program also has the stamp cancelled on the day of the ceremony. The Postal Service has changed the format of it's programs over the years. Early programs were on white paper or card stock.They were changed to glossy card stock fold up brochures.They are currently in a generic white envelope with the stamp being issued and the program of the event in the envelope on card stock or heavy paper.
