This was part of the micro bust line produced by Gentle Giant. This is the red Clone Trooper from the Animated Clone Wars Series. The plastic box that contains the bust has been opened to verify the contents but the pieces of the bust-ups are still sealed in their plastic bags and are unassembled. Sold as used because the outer box has been opened, but the inner bags are sealed, never assembled or displayed.
