Please read the above for the item's description & condition. This will fit the current Chamberlain belt drive operators that use the "click-together" square tubing rail; it will NOT fit the older three-piece or one-piece steel rails. A common failure of this part is the snapping off of the tab that holds the threaded spring-loaded adjusting rod - this assembly will replace a broken part; you'll have to reuse your existing clevis pin, cotter, spring-loaded threaded adjusting rod and rope and handle emergency disconnect release.
