Description: This is a huge lot! You get the add on floor making this a shopping 4 story mansion. Lots of furniture, enough for the entire house (some extra duplicate furniture) and dolls. Excellent condition! The house is almost complete I am missing one connector post for top widows walk railing. But it's hard to notice. There is one broken piece of furniture, the towel rack for the bathroom is missing a foot but it leans ok. One of the duplicate china cabinets is missing a drawer and one of the 4 beds is missing the bedding part. This has been gently played with but mostly just stored. Shipping is high because it's a large box. Local pickup is free. :) I will dismantle for shipping but be aware there are no instructions included. I put the whole thing together myself just using pictures online. I didn't have the instructions either sadly. But it didn't take long to figure out. *** Make sure to look the pictures over carefully. I do my very best to describe what I see, but I am human and may make a typo or mistake. I use a ruler in my photos so you can see the size of the item. The items I sell are largely vintage and gently used condition. Meaning they may have signs of age and / or wear. Also of note, I can not control the postage costs, and my set shipping usually only covers the exact cost (often not all of it) and sometimes includes a couple of dollars for a new box and supplies.
