The house comes with a staircase for each floor and railing but I took them off so all the furniture can go in each room and still be seen on camera. There are no instructions but you can find videos on youtube of how to put them together. I can also send you pictures as I take it apart so you can see how to put it together. I can leave all the flower beads on the windows and as much of it together as I can while I pack it up to ship it. The house has a very rich content: 5310 - fireplace in the living room. This is the very first and oldest set from the Playmobile version. Quite rare. 5316 -Victorian living room, with picture frames, books, newspapers.
