Description: Pete Rose Signed Rules Of Baseball Plaque I have a Pete Rose signed Major League Baseball Rule 21 plaque. My brother played for the Cincinnati Reds from 1980 to 1990. This plaque was on all clubhouse entrance doors for the players to see every time they entered the game and he was able to obtain one for me prior to his retirement. Major League Rule 21 (b) Betting on Ball Games is very relevant to the document. Also I believe this to be a one-of-a-kind piece because 1) it is time stamped with Francis T. Vincent, Jr. Commissioner on the bottom of document. 2) it's authenticated by All-American Authentications dated-July 3&4 1992. Reg.No. 0703920156. I've looked for any other document like this for the past 30 years and have not seen anything like it.
