Description: From sometime in the 1990s, it is a Peavey Classic 20 electric guitar amplifier. 1x10". Combo amp. Yes, it is a modern tube amp. Made in the USA, at the Peavey factory in Meridian, Mississippi. Peavey put out two different Classic 20 amps. One is just a head. This is the combo version. It has two 12ax7 tubes and two 6BQ5/EL84 tubes. The cabinet measures about 15-1/2" by 14-1/2" by 8". Cosmetically, it looks good. Tweed exterior. The tweed looks good. The grille cloth looks good. The metal is a little tarnished and/or worn. It has Master, Treble, Middle, Bass, and Volume knobs. One input jack for guitar. On/Off power switch. One headphone and one extension input jack. Functionally, the electronics work. It is a practice amp. I plugged it in yesterday. It sounds great. No case, but it will be well-wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap for shipping. For shipping, the tubes will be removed, labelled, and packed in bubblewrap inside the cabinet.
