The album cover was signed/autographed May 11, 1978 at Licorice Pizza Record store in Hollywood at a 'street party' event to a store employee. The album cover is signed in ballpoint pen on the front and back. Patti Smith signed on the front clearly and in big writing with a blue ballpoint pen. The group signed on the back cover.
