Description: This unique sculpture is an original NUBAUER creation, featuring a post-kinetic design made with carbon fiber materials. The small-sized statue measures: Nubauer, 2024 Title: Accident fast lane 12,9 x 11,4 x 11,8 inch 33 x 29 x 30 cm Material: Carbon fiber Finest Italian marble CNC machined, Hand-cast bronze, steel, leather. Nubauer has created five sculptures, but no two are alike. They are all unique pieces in themselves. This one is the only one that relates to postkinetics. An allegory of the speed-oriented society of our time. The starting point is the last open and beautiful Ferrari shifter (up to F430), which at the same time stands for the artist as the downfall of a central phallic symbol literally in the middle of automobility. It comes with a certificate of authenticity from the artist. It is a unique piece and has never been reproduced in this form before. In 2009, Nubauer wrote a manifesto on postkinetics. This deals with the question of whether it is possible to present a subject with an object whose surface texture and materiality indicate that it must have been in motion at some point and has come to a standstill here. The artist also deals with complete vehicle conversions and moving sculptures, as he himself calls them. Truly an extraordinary, wonderfully impressive sculpture that will impress collectors both in a luxury garage and on the desk in a beautiful modern villa.
