Description: Original bookplate, printed for magician Kenneth Klostermans's personal use. Approx: 4 3/16" x 3 1/2" In very good + to near fine condition. Kenneth F. Klosterman (1933–2020) was an American businessman and magician renowned for his leadership in the baking industry and his extensive collection of magic artifacts. As the former chairman and CEO of Klosterman Baking Company, he expanded the family-owned business into one of the Midwest's largest bakeries, introducing innovations such as the first plastic-wrapped bread in the region. Beyond his business acumen, Klosterman was deeply passionate about magic. He served as president of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and amassed a significant collection of magic memorabilia, known as the "Salon de Magie," housed in an underground vault beneath his Ohio home. This collection included rare artifacts from legendary magicians like Harry Houdini and Robert-Houdin. Klosterman's dual legacy in both the baking industry and the world of magic continues to be celebrated. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and don't forget to check out my other listings.
