Description: This Marc Ecko Turntable Watch Necklace piece is one of those iconic accessories that captures a moment in time, an era, or a counter culture movement. This hard to find piece is all the more valuable because its by a designer that defined streetwear and club apparel during rave cultures massive break out from the underground to the mainstream. This piece was given to me by an old friend when I agreed to join his dj collective / event crew. This was early 2000s and there were warehouse and club gigs to play every weekend, almost always wearing this piece around my neck. It always got compliments, sometimes even leading to longer conversations and getting a phone number from a cute party goer (individual results may vary). Watch functionality has not been tested.There are a few light marks on the back plate and some signs of general wear but it's still a very cool and striking piece.
