You will get 123 pieces of 125 -The missing pieces does not affect the building zoo. Ladder is missing. -The instructions book is included but is missing a few pages. (We had to build the giraffe, bear & Zebra exhibits by looking at the photos on the front of the instructions). - We will sent each exhibits in separate bags so it will be easier to set up this awesome and big set! (See last picture) -Pieces are in excellent condition with exception of the big elephant who had some pen marks and the manual q which has some damage. Clean and free smoke.
