These items are known to sometimes have paint variations due to the manufacturing process. The manufacturer does not consider them as defects and, as such, they cannot be returned due to paint defects. FOR ANY FUNKO POP! When grading any in box Funko Pop!, we search for imperfections on the box itself and not the figurine. We then sort the funko into one of 3 possible grade:LIKE NEWMINOR WEARMAJOR WEAR We do not look at the figurine because Funko Pops are known to sometimes have defects in the paint job or even on some parts of the figurine right out of the factory. Since nobody else other than Funko's quality control team is responsible for any defects there, we do not take into consideration any flaws on the figurine as a mistake that should reduce the grade and price of the Pop! EXCEPT if it comes from handling (Scratching) or is a major defect (Broken parts for exemple). LIKE NEW: We will sort a Funko Pop! in the Like New condition if it is in the general condition that we receive Funkos from our distributors. It means that there is no noticeable issue and that you will receive a box that is in very good / almost perfect condition.There might be some VERY small issues with the box but we are very strict when grading to make sure that collectors are happy with the product they receive. MINOR WEAR:This condition means that the box will have a small defect with the box. You might find one or multiple of the following: very light scuffing on window, a small tear, a very light crushed corner, little amount of glue residue on the bottom of the box or an old price sticker, small dents or crease.These imperfections are barely noticeable without searching for defects and more often than not unnoticeable in our Pop! protectors. We have a reputation in our local community to be REALLY strict and some collectors are not even seeing the defects even if we show it to them in person. It's a good way to purchase a Pop! with a good condition box while saving some money. We still recommend collectors who are after a mint condition box to go with the Like New option. MAJOR WEAR: This condition is reserved for Funko Pops! that have a / some noticeable flaws on the box. Keep in mind that the box is still in the original shape that a box should be and is not missing any parts. When we receive boxes that we feel are too beated up, we usually take the figurine out and sell the figurine only.You will find one or multiple of the following: scuffing on the window, larger tears (but not excessive as well), crushed corner(s), noticeable amount of dried up glue from an old price sticker (on older funko pops!), bigger dents or creases etc.This should not be purchased by the collector that is more picky with their box. It is the go to choice for people taking the figurine out or collectors that do not particularly care about the condition of the box. You can save 40% from the original value of the item while receiving the same quality of figurine that the Like New condition offers only with a more roughed up box.
