Description: Before I sell a book I go through it very extensively to get a very good idea of the condition of the book, so I can communicate to you what type of condition it is in. I will always tell you the good and bad if there are issues with the book. I want you to be able to get a very good idea of what you are purchasing and I want you to be elated with the item that you bought. I will also take a lot of pictures so you can be the judge for yourself with the condition of the book. One thing that I cannot tolerate is when I am looking at an item on Ebay and the seller has one sentence for the description of the item and one picture. It's like, you got to be kidding me? So yes, I do take a lot of time describing the item along with pictures but in do respect to you the buyer you deserve to know exactly what you are spending your money for. I would rather not sell you the book if it is not the condition that you are expecting. I travel all over the State Of Texas to seek out items that I know my customers will appreciate and enjoy for years to come and to possibly pass down to their children or grand children. My goal is to make you happy and hopefully you will tell your friends to check us out. We literally have something for everyone young and old. This book is a First Edition printed January, 2003. This particular book is in excellent condition. It measures 8 X 9 X 1 1/4. The front and back dust jacket are in excellent condition.The spine is tight.The book looks like it may have never been read or if so very sparingly. It does not have any marks, no handwriting and no torn pages. The only thing that I found was on page 7 in the book top right corner there was a paper clip. I removed the paper clip see photo #5.Overall this is a beautiful book. If you have been in the market for this book and you want one in excellent condition then look no more. The book is very tight which makes me think it was not been read. You will not find many that are in better shape than this one. You will not be disappointed. IWH
