The boards are in Fair- Condition. The brown cloth boards have stains, tears and discoloration. The corners are bumped and fraying. The edges are scuffed and torn. One Vol. I the cloth on the spine is completely torn. On Vol. II the cloth on the spine is partially torn. Internally, the books are in Very Good Condition. Volume 1 - 464 pages. Volume 2 - 467 pages. There is some wear, and browning to the pages. Pencil writing on the front end pages. Some spotting. Other dings here and there.
