Description: Antique French Longwy Cloisonne Enameled Majolica Art Deco Shoe Dishes Lot 1920s Click images to enlarge Description CLONGWY FRANCE - MAJOLICA SHOE AND DISHES LOT Being offered are three vintage pieces of european art pottery from the 1920's, marked longwy made in france with some hand written initials and lettering also on the shoe (have taken close-up pics of the bottom to help identifiy the markings). Great glaze and finish. The first item is a dutch shoe wall pocket which has raised incised surface designs of flowers and geometric forms, does have a small tiny chip or thinning glaze on the tip of the shoe that is not noticable, the glaze is variations of blue with vibrant colors for the flowers, glaze has an enamel finish, inside is a blue glaze color with a crackle affect, the glaze finish does have age related crazing, Over all great condition approx. 6" long, 2 3/8" wide, and 2 7/8" tall. The second item is a small dish which has raised incised surface designs of flowers and geometric forms, does have small chip or thinning glaze on a few edges shoe that is not noticable, the glaze is variations of blue with vibrant colors for the flowers, glaze has an enamel finish, backside is a blue glaze color with a crackle affect that is the same as the shoe, the glaze finish does have age related crazing, Over all great condition approx. 4" long, 3 1/2" wide, and 1/2" tall. The third item is a small cup which has raised incised surface designs of flowers and geometric forms, the glaze is variations of blue with vibrant colors for the flowers, glaze has an enamel finish, backside is a white glaze color inside the cup - cup has a small crack inside the cup. The glaze finish does have age related crazing, Over all great condition approx. 2" long at top and 2" tall. Beautiful Set of Art Deco Pottery Please message me with any questions.
