Description: Antique Blue White Salt Glaze Stoneware Kitchen Canister "Salt" Excellent Here is a very attractive antique salt glaze stoneware kitchen "Salt" canister. It measures about 7 3/8" tall to top of lid and about 5" diameter at opening. It is in excellent condition overall. There is glazed over chip to the edge of the lid done in the making. There are a few minor superficial edge flakes to lid. There are no other chips or cracks. There is a glazed over indent to right side of body about 1/4" across with a glazed-over similar size smooth bump nearby. There are other scattered minor surface irregularities including pits, glaze separations, etc all of which are very common in this type of stoneware. Looks great overall. Please see photos.
