1991 Donruss Rated Rookies Complete Set - All Border Variations (NM-MT to MINT)

Description: Presented are two full sets (80 cards total) of the 1991 Donruss Rated Rookies subset. One set of 40 cards have the border variation found in packs, and one set of 40 cards have the border variation found only in Hobby Sets. The pack border variations are shown in the first image and the hobby set border variations in the second image. The Hobby Set border variations are a deeper blue and have different stripe patterns than the cards found in packs. I hand collated these myself just a few days ago from packs and sets that were freshly ripped. All cards are in pack fresh, unhandled condition, and grades should fall in the NM-MT up to MINT classification. You will receive all 80 cards shown in the two pictures. Donruss had different variations for pack vs. set from 1987 through 1991 except for 1989. 1987 had the backs flipped, 1988 had the black stripes mirrored, and 1990/91 had different speckle/stripe patterns. I don't know why they did this, but it adds a fun element to the set if you're the type of person who has to have all the variations. Note that both sets have the period after INC on the back. They are not the 'period-less' error variation. While none of these are rare, it would be a bit of an effort to piece this collection together and would most likely cost several times more than the price being asked for here. $5 shipping, will combine with other lots if you purchase additional items.
