The mechanical, hands winding 11AC movement is running and keeping good time. The service history is unknown so a service would be accused. The 10k rolled gold plated case is in good condition and measures approximately 33mm. The crystal is in fair condition. The caseback does have initials and what appears to be an ID number engraved into it. Please look at the pictures. The dial and hands are in great shape.
