Description: 1949 Harley-Davidson WL Flathead. This is a very original motorcycle including paint. Non original items include tires, battery, and gasbox muffler. Engine and transmission hardware appear to never been apart. Bike starts easy and runs , rides as it should. Engine is quiet as flatheads go. Has many period accessories not often seen on this model. Windshield is Buco. Tool box has original tools but I lost key so unable to include picture. I bought from estate of second owner that had owned since early 50s. Been in my collection about six years but time sell a couple. Would be great museum piece or rider. This is an extremely nice original 75 year old motorcycle.Payment of $500 at close of auction with balance paid before pickup with wire transfer, PayPal friends and family, or cash when picked up.
