Presented here is an Engraving of her Quarterings (Living Space) Measures about 22" by 19" Framed Original and One of a Kind!You will never see another one, except possibly in a Museum! The Engraver Joseph Edmondson Esq. was Mowbray Herald from March 1764 to February 1786 This PROVES this engraving would have had to be made between 1764 and 1770 (year of Charlotte's death). We have discovered that this engraving is signed and dated 1767 - Hidden Within the design.Also pictured are William the Conquerer giving the charter of Tamworth Castle to Robert De Marmion. The Tamworth Castle is depicted on the lower righthand side of the pageCharlotte was the only surviving child of James Compton, 5th Earl of Northampton and Elizabeth, 14th Baroness Ferrers of ChartleyThe Barony of Ferrers of Chartley had fallen into abeyance on her mother's death in 1741. However, in 1749 the abeyance was terminated in Charlotte's favor and she became the 15th Baroness.In 1754 she also succeeded her father in the Barony of Compton.In 1751 Charlotte married the Hon.
